About the event
"Five Grain Miso" Prepared on the Vernal Equinox
Inspired by the story of the mythical food goddess "Oogetsuhime," this dish uses five grains (rice, wheat, red beans, soybeans, and chestnuts).
We all prepare miso on the Vernal Equinox, the day when energy is at its highest and marks the transition from winter to spring.
The miso will be released on Autumnal Equinox Day six months later.
