About the event
Intestinal health and care are easy with pickled rice!
Rice bran pickles, which are fermented foods, contain plant-based lactic acid bacteria and are perfect for ``intestinal activity'' that adjusts the intestinal environment.
It is a traditional Japanese food.
In the Nukadoko class, we will teach you how to make Nukadoko, recommended umami ingredients to make Nukadoko delicious, ingredients that are delicious when pickled, and how to preserve them.
This workshop includes all materials and allows you to sample Ogatei's rice bran floor.
