Magical fermented seasoning!

With this, there is no need for commercially available seasonings.

The flavor of koji makes your dishes even more delicious, and you can easily prepare delicious meals in less time.

In this workshop, we will make basic salt koji and soy sauce koji, and we will also expand the variety to include onion, lemon, and garlic koji.

You can sample recipes and samples for each koji seasoning.

All materials are included in the price.

We also sell Ogatei's handmade raw koji and sea salt in the classroom, so please feel free to use them.

*After the workshop, there will be a potluck (each person brings a side dish) as a networking event.
