What is flower therapy?

A method that combines flowers and psychology, using flowers to bring out your true voice from your subconscious mind.

This is not psychological analysis or flower fortune telling. Nor is this a class that teaches flower arranging.

You arrange flowers with no rules.

The instructor will then tell you the keywords for each flower.

Carefully observe the color and type of flowers you have arranged, and where you have placed them.

Feel the thoughts, awareness, and emotions that come up from the keyword words and write them down on the worksheet.

Flower therapy gives you the opportunity to see yourself from a new perspective.
